The Hawaiian Islands' first 'all ceramics' statewide juried exhibition, Ceramics of Hawaii, opened on December 17th at the Honolulu Museum of Art School.
For the past month or so Kini has been working on her entries into the exhibition. Unfortunately, her raku plate, Koa'e, broke in the kiln. Nevertheless, we went to the opening and were treated to some outstanding works of art.
